As Chief Executive Officer and principle partner of Corporate Capital Solutions, Mr. DeLuca began his career as an Equities Trader at the bottom of the 2008 financial collapse. After spending several years watching the markets recover while building his knowledge in that field, he graduated to Investment Banking, where he began educating himself further on Domestic and International Financial Markets. From there, Mr. DeLuca directed his attention to corporate lending in the rapidly expanding Fintech space. After excelling as a leading producer with the top company in the industry, he felt it was time to use his expansive knowledge in the finance world to build something that he knew the industry was missing. 

In 2018, with his extensive network built up and an eye on rapid expansion, Mr. DeLuca led the charge in forming Corporate Capital Solutions with his partners and hit the ground running. As CEO, Mr. DeLuca oversees the overall growth of CCS and keeps his eye on all aspects of the business but specializes in client relations, business development, and recognizing expanding markets. With those skills and experiences in finance and real estate, Mr. DeLuca is responsible for driving revenue to CCS while tirelessly searching for new opportunities that he believes cater to his overall vision for the company.

   Mr. DeLeonardo has been involved in the financial services field since his days in college, and upon graduation in 2015, put his skills to use as a Capital Specialist at one of the leading small business financing firms in the country. After quickly rising the ranks as a top producer and becoming a manager, he decided to broaden his horizons and explore his passion in real estate by moving to a new company. It was there that he got involved in the data analysis side of the business and building financial models.

With his unique and advanced skillset, Mr. DeLeonardo joined his partners at Corporate Capital Solutions in 2018 and leads the Underwriting & Financial Analysis side of the company. Mr. DeLeonardo is responsible for building all proformas for construction and real estate development projects for the company, while overseeing the company’s ever-growing real estate funding pipeline. He also travels the country using his large network of connections to scout potential development opportunities for Corporate Capital Solution’s biggest clients, and provides consulting and advisement services.
